PAINTINGS
The concept of density is a constant in most all of my work, this time, in my paintings.  But rather than the filling of all manner of containers, it is revealed in the thick application of paint and other materials that push up against the borders of a canvas to fill every possible space.  The aesthetic for rich materials and process stem from my background in painting combined with a steady diet of stunning visual landscapes set within various stages of erosional drama.
